Managed AI trust operations

Your AI deal is stuck in a security review.

AI writes answers. We make them true. EviDelta builds and maintains the verified, approved evidence behind your enterprise questionnaires—so your side of the next review takes days, not weeks.

Paid pilot on one live questionnaire. Continue only if it earns it.

What a verified answer looks like

"What data is sent to your model provider?"

Prompt text and retrieved document snippets only. No customer records are retained by the provider under the zero-data-retention terms of the current agreement.

✓ Source: Provider DPA v3.2, §4 Approved: Legal — named owner Reviewed Jun 2026

Every answer ships with its evidence, approver and review date. No plausible language. No guesswork.

What a stalled review costs

The questionnaire is not the problem. The delay is.

WeeksA single enterprise AI review can hold a signed-ready deal in procurement for a month or more.
5 teamsEngineering, security, product, legal and sales get interrupted for every questionnaire—every time.
Every dealThe next buyer sends a new questionnaire. Without a maintained record, you start from zero again.

The operating difference

Your AI tool drafts the answer. Who signs it?

Drafting software is everywhere. What enterprise security teams actually check is whether your claims trace to current evidence and an accountable owner. That is what EviDelta operates.

AI-drafted answers alone
  • Plausible language fills the gaps in your evidence
  • Old provider terms remain in circulation
  • Different answers reach different customers
  • Product changes silently invalidate answers
  • Nobody is accountable when a claim ends up in a contract
Verified by EviDelta
  • Every statement tied to a current source document
  • Every answer approved by a named owner on your team
  • Approved answers reused within defined scope
  • Product changes trigger a targeted evidence review
  • Questionnaires leave a complete decision trail

Common questions

What EviDelta is—and is not.

How does the paid pilot work?

Send one live enterprise questionnaire. We process it within an agreed scope: answers drafted from verified sources, open questions routed to your named owners, every response preserved for reuse. You continue only if you choose to—either way, you keep the completed answers and their sources.

We already use Vanta, Conveyor or SafeBase. Do we still need EviDelta?

Yes—those tools draft answers; we verify them. EviDelta works on top of your existing GRC or trust-center software, tying every statement to current evidence, a named approver and a review date. Keep your stack.

Does EviDelta certify AI systems?

No. EviDelta prepares and maintains operational evidence. It does not issue certifications, audit opinions or legal determinations.

Which frameworks can the records support?

The operating structure can be mapped to frameworks such as NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001, subject to scope and specialist review. Framework mapping is not certification or legal advice.

Start with one questionnaire

Your next enterprise review is already on its way. Be ready before it lands.

Low-risk by design. The pilot is a fixed-fee engagement on one live questionnaire. Continue only if you want to—either way, you keep the completed answers, the sources behind them and the decision trail. No retainer required, no further commitment.
